Gurney Flag Lot

The applicant is proposing the Gurney Estates two-lot subdivision with an existing home. This is an existing home on a 1.17-acre parcel located at 1199 West 900 North. The flag portion of the proposed flag lot is approximately 0.57 acres which meets the minimum lot size. The existing lot will be altered to be approximately 0.60 acres.
