EV Auto Pylon Sign Modifications

The applicant is asking to change the approval for a pylon sign with an electronic display sign (EDS) at the future EV Auto dealership and repair shop at 1060 W State Street. They want to remove the hours of operation set by the Planning Commission at the September 12, 2024 meeting. This is because they now have a light study that wasn't available at that time.
