    What is being built at the corner of Center St and 1900 S? Also, what is being put in the road there on 1900 S? Thanks.

    That area is not annexed into Lehi City so any development of private property would be through the County. There was an approval through the Timpanogos Special Service District (Sewer) to put a new pipe into the road recently.

    What is being built at Redwood and Orinda Dr at the border of Saratoga Springs and Lehi

    There will be two commercial buildings with drive-thrus. Both will have access from Orinda Drive. We don't know what types of businesses will be coming to these buildings yet, but it will likely be fast-food or fast-casual dining. A copy of the site plan is attached below.

    I noticed some land being cleared in my neighborhood. It's been a hot topic with city council in the past about what type of build would happen. It was proposed a couple times to have twin homes which the neighborhood pushed back on. The land is just off of main street (just north) and in between 2600 W and 2370 W.

    The project is Carla's Cove Subdivision. It is a 13-lot single-family subdivision that will have lots around 8,000 square feet in size. No twin homes nor accessory dwelling units will be allowed in this subdivision. Please see the site plan below for reference.

    2100 N Subdivision- a 66 lot single family residential home subdivision. The lots range in size from 5,000 to 10,752 square feet. Over 11% of the land area is designated for open space as required by the Planned Unit Development Ordinance. The northwest corner of the parcel is zoned for neighborhood commercial.

    This area is planned as a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) that will include 100 townhomes, 40 condos, and 224 apartment units. It is called Vistas at the Point and is master planned by Clyde Companies.

    I saw a proposal for the lot of view 21 east to become heavy commercial zone with warehouses. I’m concerned for this proposal as the area is surrounded by residential buildings. What is the status on the proposal? Will the city approve the reclassification of this lot?

    This proposal has been tabled indefinitely by the applicant. It would be up to the City Council to approve a zone change to heavy commercial for this property, but as of July 13, 2023 there is no new proposal for this property, and the applicant has not moved forward on it.

    A trail is being added and it is being graded back to natural contours with native vegetation being planted to stabilize the slopes.

    What is the tall machinery structure on the hill near Dry Creek? It has bright vertical lights on 24 hrs a day.

    It is a drill. They are drilling a well in that area. It is a temporary structure that will be removed when the well is finished.
