    They ran into some funding issues and are working on some of that still. We do not have a rough idea on timeline.

    600 East is extending through the new family park and up to 2600 North. There is a trail being built with the roadway and it does include the normal sewer, culinary and irrigation pipes in the roadway.

    A commercial center. It will include a few drive-throughs. The city does not know what businesses will go into it at this point.

    There will be continual traffic in that area as both the 2100 North subdivision and the 2300 West roadway expansion projects continue, but the worst is probably past.

    There have been several project requests in the area from 1450 S up to Pioneer Crossing, but nothing has been officially approved with one exception. The only thing that has been approved in the area is a 5-lot residential single family subdivision by Alpine School District along 1450 S.

    Here is a link to our map of projects under construction in Lehi. Next to the Quick Quack there is a soda shop called Guzzle being constructed, and then next to the Maverick there is a multi-tenant commercial building that will have fast-food restaurants. We do not know the exact types of businesses yet.

    Thank you for the clarification. It will be commercial buildings (restaurants, small shops, etc.). A few of the spaces will have drive-throughs. You can view the approved plans here.

    Off of Ridge Drive? They are beginning the grading work to build a new bakery/restaurant.

    All commercial that is adjacent to residential is required to put up sight obscuring fencing. This should help with some of the noise.
