    The Skye Area Plan designated that site for a civic use. The temple is permitted as a civic use. There is no way to prevent it at this point. They still do not have site plan approval, but that is an administrative action to make sure they meet building requirements not a decision on if the use is allowed.

    It will be a cluster of 3 commercial stores. The project only has subdivision approval, so we do not know what tenants will be moving in quite yet. Once each site comes in we will have a better idea of what the tenants will be.

    They ran into some funding issues and are working on some of that still. We do not have a rough idea on timeline.

    600 East is extending through the new family park and up to 2600 North. There is a trail being built with the roadway and it does include the normal sewer, culinary and irrigation pipes in the roadway.

    A commercial center. It will include a few drive-throughs. The city does not know what businesses will go into it at this point.

    There will be continual traffic in that area as both the 2100 North subdivision and the 2300 West roadway expansion projects continue, but the worst is probably past.

    There have been several project requests in the area from 1450 S up to Pioneer Crossing, but nothing has been officially approved with one exception. The only thing that has been approved in the area is a 5-lot residential single family subdivision by Alpine School District along 1450 S.
