The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow outdoor storage at 5025 West Hudson Way for PODS Enterprises. Outdoor storage is a conditional use in the Holbrook Farms Area Plan. The outdoor storage would consist of storing PODS containers adjacent to the building in the truck court area. The narrative states that the containers would be present 24 hours a day. The site plan indicates that approximately 90 containers would be located outdoors – 30 containers stacked 3 high.
