Howland Partners proposes a new Panera Bread building with a drive-through located at Stockton Lane and Hudson Avenue. Restaurants are an allowed use in the commercial zone and drive-throughs are a condtional use.

The public comment is for the drive-through. The Planning Commission can put reasonable conditions on the use. Public comments on potential negative impacts and reasonable conditions are the most helpful.
