Consultation has concluded

The city is looking at a request to approve a change to a property called Oak Creek Hollow Plat B. This change will divide one large lot into two smaller lots.

Right now, the lot is 1.44 acres and has one home on it. After the change, the lot will be split into two equal lots, each 0.72 acres. This meets the city’s rules for lot size in the RA-1 zone.

The north side of the property is not able to be built on because of the land’s terrain. This area is shown on the map of Oak Creek Hollow Plat B. The new smaller lot will allow for a home to be built on the southern side of the property in a smaller space.
