Consultation has concluded
The applicant is asking for approval to change the New Star Commercial Subdivision Plat. The plan is to combine two empty lots into one. These lots are currently marked as commercial in the city’s plan.
This request is being reviewed at the same time as the Moto United Site Plan, which shows how the two lots will be developed. The new, larger lot will be 8.458 acres. There will be a two-story building with a sales office, service area, warehouse, open parking, and a landscaped display area. About 2.6 acres next to Mill Pond will stay undeveloped.
This proposal again is just changing the lots and approval will not allow for any development of the land. That will require approval of the Site Plan.
