This item received a positive recommendation by the Planning Commission and will be scheduled for City Council on February 22nd.

The applicant is seeking review and recommendation of a proposed zone change from RA-1 to R-2 on 2.57-acres of property located at 105 South 1100 West. This zone change is consistent with the approved General Plan designation of MDR (medium density residential) on the property. The zone change will allow the development of the property in a way that is consistent with the General Plan.

The DRC had one comment regarding water dedication being required before submitting a preliminary subdivision application.
