Lehi City proposes updates to their Moderate Income Housing Plan Goals, Strategies and Timeline. The proposed goals are to comply with the State requirements. The proposed goals include:

1. The Thanksgiving Station Area Plan

2. Establish a housing and transit reinvestment zone.

3. Update the Development Code to allow for residential in Mixed-Use areas

4. Reduce the downtown housing overlay to allow for more duplex, triplex, and fourplexes.

5. Allow detached ADUs on 1/3 acre lots and look at reducing other regulations.

6. Create an affordable housing overlay zone.

7. Continue to participate in the Utah Valley HOME consortium.
