Mill Place Park Outdoor Storage Conditional Use

The applicant is requesting conditional use approval for an irrigation pipe and materials storage enclosure located at 305 South 850 East that will replace four parking stalls. The proposed conditional use is for a storage enclosure to be used by Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply who currently leases space in Mill Place Park. This use is designated as Outdoor Storage of Materials, Products, and Equipment incidental to an allowed use (Office/Warehouse) in Chapter 5 of the Lehi City Development Code. This use is classified as being conditional in the Heavy Commercial zone as noted in the above chart.

The applicant proposes to match the existing garbage enclosure on-site regarding the materials used. Staff has no concerns about the elimination of the four parking stalls and feels that the site still has sufficient parking.
