The applicant wants to build a McDonald’s located at 3643 West 2150 North. The proposed development falls within the Holbrook Farms Area Plan, which designates this area as Commercial/Office. The proposed “Restaurant, fast food with drive up window(s)” is a permitted use for this property.
As a concept plan for a site plan, the plan must be approved if it meets the requirements of the Development Code and Holbrook Farms Area Plan. The Commission can also offer suggestions and recommendations to the applicant to improve the site. One reason for public input is so the Commission can be aware of any possible challenges with this site. Your comments can help them provide requirements and/or recommendations to the applicant.
