The applicant wants to change the property at 26 South 2300 West from TH-5 zoning to Commercial. TH-5 zoning is a holding zone. It does not allow for property to redevelop but to continue as it was when it came into Lehi.

The General Plan Land Use Map shows this area as commercial.

The applicant stated in their narrative they intend to build a car wash if the rezone is approved.
