Lehi Terrace Concept Plan
This received a positive recommendation at Planning Commission and will go to City Council for approval.
The applicant provides a concept that shows 39 small single family lots. The applicant wants to do it as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) which allows for smaller lot areas as well as a smaller width. In exchange for the smaller lots, the applicant has to provide 10% open space. The applicant does show 10% open space.
The Planning Commission will provide a recommendation to City Council on if this project should be a PUD. City Council will eventually vote to allow it as a PUD or not.

Why is a concept plan being reviewed in a land use that is not allowed and has not been voted on to change yet. Seems like the cart before the horse, again. Also, what is the justification for allowing this general plan amendment. VLDR to MDR is quite the jump. If it was warranted - why was it not changed in the draft general plan?
