Lakeview Land and Rock General Plan Amendment
Consultation has concluded
The applicant wants to change the general plan from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Heavy Commercial (HC) and Commercial (C). This would impact 12.18 acres at approximately 600 South and 600 East.
This property is also not currently part of Lehi City. The applicant submitted the general plan change first to understand what they could do with their property. Their plan is to have office warehouse with storage areas on the east side next to 600 South and then transition into more commercial type uses like office space as it gets closer to the existing residential.
General Plan Amendments are totally discretionary. That means that they can be denied if the Planning Commission and City Council determine it does not work well in the area.
