Kohler's Market Remodel
The applicant requests approval of a site plan for a remodel to Kohler’s Market, including a conditional use permit for a drive thru facility for the pharmacy located at 300 East Main Street. The Planning Commission is seeing this project proposal because of the conditional use for the drive thru.
The scope of the remodel includes interior renovation of the existing building, the addition of an external drive thru for the pharmacy, and an exterior face lift. The exterior face lift includes updating the front and a part of the side elevations to include brick and lap siding.
There is no added square footage to the building or significant structural changes. A new exit will be added to the west of the building to improve access.
The Planning Commission can approve or deny a conditional use after consideration of the standards listed in Chapter 9 of the Lehi City Development Code.
