The applicant is proposing to develop 60 townhome units at approximately 3600 West Hardman way. The proposed development will be built as an R-3 development and is not requesting to be built as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Development Code allows Townhomes as a conditional use in the R-3 zone. As a conditional use, the Planning Commission may place reasonable conditions on the townhomes.
