Holiday Oil wants to put a monument sign with electronic display price changers for their new gas station on 1200 West. The monument sign meets the City Requirements as does the Electronic Display Portion. However, the Planning Commission must approve the electronic display portion of the sign because it is larger than 10 square feet.
