Consultation has concluded

Ivory Homes is asking for approval of the Holbrook Place Phase 12 subdivision, which will have 14 single-family homes. The subdivision follows the Holbrook Farms Area Plan, and it meets the plan's requirements for the number of homes allowed. The lots are larger than the minimum size required and also meet the minimum frontage requirements. Some of the lots are near the Jordan River, which has additional regulations to protect the area, and the applicant has been asked to mark a 50-foot buffer around the river where no permanent structures can be placed.
