Consultation has concluded

Boyer is proposing a preliminary commercial subdivision at the north-eastern corner of 2100 North and 3600 West. It will be a five-lot commercial subdivision directly west of the new Primary Children's hospital. Expected future uses include medical office and retail, but at this stage the city is only looking at the legal subdividing of the land. Any new businesses looking to move in will have to apply for site plan approval at a later date. Access to the site from 3600 West will be restricted to right-in, right-out only to prevent unsafe driving conditions on 3600 West.
