Hippocrates Zone Change
Consultation has concluded
The applicant requests review and recommendation of the Hippocrates zone change. This would change the zone from TH-5 to Neighborhood Commercial and R-1-Flex to facilitate the construction of a 12-lot single-family residential subdivision and a future commercial development. This zone change is consistent with the General Plan as R-1-Flex falls within the Low Density Residential (LDR) General Plan designation.
