Consultation has concluded
The applicant is requesting conceptual approval from the Planning Commission for a 12-lot single-family residential subdivision within the Jordan River Protection Overlay Zone. There will be connections to 1500 North and the future River Point subdivision, along with a master planned trail that will connect o 1500 North. The lots will range in size from 8,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet. A zone change application was submitted concurrently with this.
