Hardman Heights Zone Change
Consultation has concluded
Gardner Plumb has proposed to change the zone from Commercial to Heavy Commercial for 4551 West 2100 North. This is to facilitate the construction of a concept plan with four retail buildings and three office warehouse buildings, which was submitted concurrently with this plan.
The General Plan designation for this parcel is Commercial. Changing the zone to Heavy Commercial would not meet the General Plan designation. It is up to the Planning Commission to determine if a zone can be changed if it does not meet the General Plan designation.
