This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on December 12th.

The Hardman family is requesting conceptual approval for a Planned Unit Development on 66 acres located at approximately 3400 West Indian Ford Drive. The desire is for the community to be equestrian-centered, meaning there will be acre lots that can support horses and will be connected to horse trails. There will also be a variety of housing types, from acre lots to duplexes exclusively for those 55+.
