Consultation has concluded

Lehi City proposes amendments to the grading requirements. The proposal will require grading plans to show how the water will drain and the elevation of all the corners of lots. The elevations and drainage will not be able to change on lots without a new grading permit. This is to prevent more issues of water draining onto other lots or creating land movement onto other lots.

The proposal also includes language that grading or landscaping on to City property without permission is a Class C Misdemeanor.
