Consultation has concluded
The applicant is asking for a zone change from A-1 (Agriculture) to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) and R-1-22 (half acres lots) on 1.63 acres at 860 N 2300 W. The property will be divided into two parts: one-acre for NC (for a childcare center) and half an acre for R-1-22.
A previous agreement with Lehi City requires the NC zone to be used only for a childcare center. The zone change fits with the General Plan.
The DRC reviewed the proposal and had three comments:
The property must be brought into compliance before the zone change can be recorded.
Water dedication is required: 1.35 acre-feet per acre for NC and 0.79 acre-feet per acre for R-1-22.
Separate legal descriptions are needed for each part of the zone change.
