Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation on the zone change. It will go to City Council on February 14, 2023.

The applicant wants to change to existing A-5 zone to Mixed-Use located at approximately 700 South Mill Pond Road. The proposed zone change matches the General Plan designation of Mixed-Use for the property.

Although the request is for Mixed-Use zoning, a development agreement will be included as part of the zone change decision by the City Council to facilitate a warehousing component. The applicant still intends to incorporate mixed-use elements to the site and building and has not made significant changes since the concept was approved previously.
