Consultation has concluded

The applicant is requesting to amend the General Plan Land Use Element, adding language that limits amendments to the plan to once a year.

The proposed amendment includes language that amendments to the Land Use element text and map may only be accepted for consideration during the month of January. The purpose of this is to maintain consistency and predictability. Lehi City can propose amendments to the General Plan outside the application window if the amendment is in line with the goals and policies of this plan. Any other proposed amendment would require a separate application and will be subject to the once-a-year window.

The DRC had one comment on the proposed General Plan amendment about whether the Development Code needs to be amended as well to specify this General Plan amendment.
