The applicant is seeking review and recommendation of a proposed zone change from A-1 to R-1-Flex for 1.5 acres located at 515 South 100 West. This zone change is consistent with the approved General Plan designation of LDR for the property. The applicant is seeking a zone change as it will allow the 1.5-acre portion of the existing 2.6-acre property to be developed with single family homes. The zoning is compatible with the nearby residential subdivisions.
