Lehi City requests a Development Code Amendment to add application requirements for subdivisions with no improvements. These types of subdivisions are used to change ownership but not build anything. They can also be used when a site plan will include all of the improvements. Staff has already been accepting these types of applications. The proposed Code amendment will just codify them.

Public comments may indicate y support or oppose the proposed changes. The public could also suggest language or ideas they want included. The Planning Commission would need to incorporate any proposed language changes in their motion.
