The applicant is asking to change the approval for a pylon sign with an electronic display sign (EDS) at the future EV Auto dealership and repair shop at 1060 W State Street. They want to remove the hours of operation set by the Planning Commission at the September 12, 2024 meeting. This is because they now have a light study that wasn't available at that time.
The study, done by Watchfire Signs, shows that the sign will cause almost no change to the surrounding light. The study includes the calculations for this.
