I think it's great that Edge Homes wants to meet the zoning for the surrounding residential area. I just hope they can add a little green space to their new neighbor plan. It would be nice to have a small park and maybe space for some good sized trees. Something to reflect the same vibe that Jordan Willows neighbor has along there bike trail to the river. There is also 2 Hawks living in the big trees on the south end of this property.
