The applicant requests approval of the Dominion Energy Natural Gas Regulator Station site plan, a conditional use, located at approximately 11775 West Frontage Road in the A-1 zone. The proposed use is a conditional use in the A-1 zone. lots both exceed the minimum 15,000 square foot lot size for the RA-1 zone. All of the lot requirements for the RA-1 zone and the flag lot requirements have been met.
