Planning Commission gave a positive recommendation on this item to City Council. It will go before the Council on June 8th. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Homes’ request for preliminary subdivision review of the Dimock Property subdivision, a 6-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 2300 West 700 North. This will be a cul-de-sac with half acre lot properties and the applicant will be making offsite roadway improvements to 2300 West along the property line.
