Diana Downs requests a zone change at 211 South 500 West on 0.73 acres from RA-1 (15,000 square foot lot minimum) to R-1-Flex (8,000 square foot lot minimum). This proposal is consistent with the General Plan Designation of Low Density Residential. The applicant has expressed intent to subdivide the lot into two.
