Detached ADU Development Code Amendment

Staff is proposing various amendments to Chapter 26 of the Lehi Development Code. Specifically, staff is proposing to define the minimum driveway width required for a detached accessory dwelling unit, and add clarifying language on when the conversion of an existing building to an ADU requires conditional use approval or staff level approval.
