The site plan shows a small office building with paved parking and mostly gravel around it, which follows the code. The applicant also wants an exception to a rule about how far the building should be from the street, as the building is 90 feet away due to parking and a stormwater retention area. Staff agrees with the exception because the retention pond is needed.
