Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation and this will go to City Council for final approval on November 12, 2024.

Lehi Staff recommends amending the Development Code to reduce the side yard setback on corner lots for remodels after 2 years. This change would decrease the setback to 15 feet for remodels.
