This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on January 11th.

Lehi City requests an update to regulations for detached ADUs. The updates will allow more flexibility in where the address is placed so it can be seen from the street. It also requires a 20 foot access (with the ability for other sizes to be approved). All of these are to address potential safety concerns.
