Patterson homes wants to build 23 townhome units near the Center Pointe Shopping Center and future Dry Creek Lake Park. The proposed subdivision has already received concept approval. In addition to the townhomes it includes a tot lot, sports court, and three picnic areas. It also has 19 guest parking spaces.
