Consultation has concluded
Cascade Collision wants to build a new building to the west of their existing building. This use is allowed in the commercial zone and the site layout for the most part meets the City's Development Code requirements.
They are requesting an exception to not provide a 10 foot buffer between the property line and the parking. The public hearing is for this consideration. Comments should focus on why this should or should not be allowed.
