Consultation has concluded

The applicant proposes to develop a 13 lot single family development at 2402 West Main Street.

The proposed lots range from just under 8,000 square feet to just over 13,000 square feet. All of the homes are accessed through a private shared drive that is going to be constructed out of decorative concrete. The private drive will only have access onto Main Street for emergency vehciles.
