This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on November 16th. 

The applicant wants to bring 1.33 acres of property into Lehi City located at 578 West 2100 North. The applicant first proposed R-1-15 (15,000 square foot lots) zoning which is larger lots than the General Plan shows of R-1-12 (12,000 square foot lots). The applicant has since indicated that they want A-1 zoning (1 acre agriculture lot). Their property is two lots with two separate parcel numbers. One lot is 0.79 acres and the other is 0.54 acres. Neither of these have the acre required for the A-1 zone. The applicant has expressed their intent for the A-1 zoning is to obtain a kennel permit in the future which is only allowed in the agriculture zones. The Planning Commission will review the zoning and City Council will ultimately make the decision.
