Earlier this year the applicant sought to change the zoning of this property and it is now part of the RA-1 zoning. The applicant currently seeks approval of the Allison Flag Lot Conditional Use located at 2145 W 700 S in the RA-1 zone. The proposed lots both exceed the minimum 15,000 square foot lot size for the RA-1 zone. The front lot also meets the 100 feet of frontage, and the proposed stem portion of the flag lot exceeds the 20-foot-wide access requirement. The flag lot is a conditional use.
