A proposed flag lot at 1251 East 900 North in an RA-1 zone. The proposed lot with the existing home will be just over 15,000 square feet (third acre) in size. The new lot will be over an acre with a 25-foot access.

Flag lots are allowed uses that can have reasonable conditions put on them like the orientation of the home or providing fencing. These conditions can be put on the property if there are concerns on the impact to surrounding neighbors.
