Consultation has concluded
The person applying wants to change an existing building on their property at 1088 N Trinnaman Lane into a detached ADU apartment. A detached ADU is allowed because their lots is over 22,000 square feet.
Since the building was made before 2021, they need special permission to turn it into an ADU.
The new ADU will be about 500 square feet, which is a nice size for an apartment. There will be parking for it right in front, and it’s far enough away from the edges of the property—eight feet on one side and twelve feet on the other—so it’s not too close to anything else.
