Consultation has concluded

The applicant is requesting a zone change for a 10.9 acre parcel located near 1500 North 2250 West. The current zone is TH-5 and they are proposing to change it to R-1-22. The General Plan designation is VLDRA, which meets the proposed zone of R-1-22. This zone change is to facilitate the construction of a future LDS Stake Center, which is a permitted use in the R-1-22 zone. The Planning Commission will give their recommendation on the zone change to the City Council, who will make the final decision. There would need to be substantial evidence that the proposed zone change would be a detriment to the health, safety, and general welfare of Lehi residents for the Planning Commission to provide a negative recommendation.
