Utah Pool Builder LLC has been storing pools at this site located at approximately 4300 North Digital Drive and requests approval to continue their use. The outdoor storage of materials related to a permitted use is a conditional use in the Light Industrial Zone.
The Planning Commission may put reasonable conditions on the use to mitigate against potential negative impacts to surrounding uses. However, conditional uses are allowed uses based on State Code.
The public can comment but should realize that this use cannot be denied unless it will cause significant harm that cannot be mitigates against. Comments including potential conditions to mitigate against potential impacts are the most helpful.
