This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on August 27, 2024.

The applicant seeks review and recommendation of proposed zone changes on two pieces of property located on the Texas Instruments site at 4000 North Flash Drive. The 16-acre piece to the south of the facility along Timpanogos Highway is currently zoned Technical Manufacturing, and the proposal is to change it to Planned Community with the technical manufacturing buffer land use. Another 16-acre piece to the southeast of the existing facility will change from Planned Community to Technical Manufacturing.
