The applicant requests review and recommendation of a minor amendment to the 1999 Thanksgiving Point Area Plan. The amendment is to change automobile service and repair from “Not Permitted” to “Permitted”. This amendment is being requested to allow the applicant to move forward with their business; changing the Washbarn located at 2840 Clubhouse Drive from a car wash to an oil change and car repair shop.
